We held one day Design Thinking Workshop for Airbus HR Forum 2017 participants. This annual forum taking place in Berlin this year and gathered more than 50 Airbus HR managers from around the globe.
They were working on 4 main topics in HR contexts :
- Self-managed organisations
- Continuous feedback testimonies in Trust Based Organisations (TBO)
- Company culture and new way of working
- Living flatter organisation.
Through our workshop, we were working together with participants on understanding the challenges (from different kind of local, regional, and global perspectives) and comes up with various ideas on how might they help the current situation (in topics context) and prototyping early solution towards the issues.
